This program is a great start towards a healthier future, but less of a commitment than the 6 month program. The big difference with this program is that you are able to choose how many components to work on simultaneously. Choose to work on one, two or all three components (see list below) of the “True Purpose Living™” Program. The program is designed this way so you will not get overwhelmed. This program is great if you would like a softer start, and you will be met exactly where you are today. When you are ready you can add components while in the program. If you are up for it from the start, you can include all three components from the get go.

The components you can choose from are:

- Timeline treatment with basic regimen

- Holistic Nutrition

- Life Coaching

The length of this program, 3 months, is sufficient to get you off to a good start and will allow you to experience many positive changes at different levels of your being and life situation.

After the 3 months you have the option to renew, to move up to the 6 month program, to continue with only the timeline treatment or take a break from treatment (however it is recommended that you go through your time line and inherited miasms for best result).

This program is great value and is suited to everyone, since the scope is individualized.

THE “True Purpose Living™ – 3 MONTH PROGRAM” INCLUDES:

* Initial consultation, 1.5 hours in person or by phone. At this consultation we will determine:

- Your constitution (your state in health)

- Your glandular status

- Dietary habits

- Lifestyle habits

- Your short term, mid term and long term goals

Following this consultation you will receive treatment and advice for the areas you have chosen to work on. If you work on all of them you get:

- Your first set of “time line” remedies by mail.

- An individual, color coded diet plan, for quick and easy reference will be emailed to you.

- Recommendations on how to deal with any glandular imbalances.

- Supplement recommendations.

- Life style recommendations.

* We will then meet for 45 minutes 3 times monthly for the remainder of the 3 months. That is a total of 9 sessions and 8 hours of private consultation time. At these meetings you will receive treatment and coaching in the areas you decided to work on. If you choose all of them, you get:

- A new time line remedy every 4-6 weeks. Your life force needs that amount of time to process each event.

- Fine tuning of your nutritional program for more energy.

- Fine tuning of your lifestyle program for more energy.

- Life coaching, where I will gently challenge you each time, and hold you accountable to make sure you move towards your goals. Together we will work on connecting you with your true values, resonant goals and true purpose, creating your individual road map.

* 2 Free 15 minute sessions to be scheduled on short notice when you need extra help.

* All homeopathic remedies are included free of charge (small shipping fee applies).
